Never-before-seen personal documents and correspondence preserved for fifty years from my journal and collection of original Warren Commission documents. I have used these documents and my journal as a primary source in my book about the Warren Commission.

The Truth About Dallas: Howard P. Willens and Richard M. Mosk

The following article was published by the Phi Beta Kappa organization in its summer issue of ‘The American Scholar.’  My co-author, Richard Mosk, died a few months before its publication. Richard was a talented and dedicated lawyer, who was a member of the Warren Commission staff and served most recently as a Justice on the California Court of Appeal. Richard was a strong supporter of the Commission’s conclusions and his persistence in pursuing publication of this article was ultimately successful. He was a wonderful colleague and I will miss him.
